Part of ORFH's mission is to represent rural housing providers in public policy. We advocate for resources to successfully build and operate affordable housing, actively work with public agencies to improve their policies to more efficiently and effectively deliver high-quality housing, and collaborate on housing policy issues affecting farmworkers and other rural residents. These efforts help assure that rural interests are clearly represented at the federal, state and local levels.
